What is VetFlicks?
With an expanding population of over 65 million active duty, veteran service members and dependents, VetFlicks was established to produce and distribute high quality content that highlights military service, courage and honor. VetFlicks will also honor the perspectives of filmmakers whose life experiences have included service to their country or communities.
VetFlicks works to insure that service persons and those returning from combat are portrayed accurately and the issues they face are presented honestly within the entertainment industry.
Marc Bovee is a former 62J in the United States Army Reserves and 11B in the California Army National Guard, His civilian occupation for the last two and a half decades has been in the wild and wonderful world of theatrical distribution, both in the studio world at Twentieth Century-Fox and Universal Pictures and as an independent. He is also the proud founder of VetFlicks, a 501 (c) 3.
